Estonia and Latvia - Pärnu

Pärnu is known as Estonia's Summer Capital as many flock here to swim or walk on this long beachfront and in the numerous parks. Although it is the middle of the three month summer school holidays, today is quite cool and breezy so few are out in the water or even along the beach.
